Before I do, I first just wanted to say...
No matter what you do, some people are going to quit. Only a small portion of your team are going to be big producers. A larger portion may do a little bit, and then again on the smaller end, you're going to have quitters.
This is okay, so don't let it get to you.
That said, there ARE some things you can do to cause fewer people to quit, and move more of your small producers into the BIG producer category.

Bonus Tip: One of the best ways to keep your team inspired and producing is having them see you and others getting great results following a strategy that they feel they can do themselves.
Even if they see others in the company getting great results, if the big producers are following difficult strategies that seem too hard, others will just be discouraged.
