How Dolphins Can Help You Get Your Motivation Back

Are you struggling with motivation to build your direct sales business?

I can relate, and I know that can be pretty demoralizing. 

But cheer up! I'm going to share with you how you can find it again, and how dolphins can help you do it. 

Can I tell you a quick story about something pretty ironic?

I was sitting on the beach the other day, and there are three people with snorkel gear out in the water.

They were looking at the bottom of the Gulf, looking for shells, I think.

However, they were so focused on looking below, beneath them, that they couldn’t see the beautiful dolphins swimming by right behind them! 

In their quest to see something beautiful, they missed the most beautiful thing of all (at least in their vicinity).

And I thought to myself…

This sounds a lot like us. Entrepreneurs.

We get so bogged down and focused on daily tasks, that we lose sight of the big picture.

And the result?

We lose motivation, get burnt out, and want to quit…

All because we didn’t stop to look at why we’re doing all of this.

We have to stop and remind ourselves what this is all for.

Why did you start your direct sales business? What is your purpose?

Once you have a powerful vision pulling you forward, success becomes inevitable. It just becomes a matter of “when,” not “if,” you’ll hit your goals.

When you have that vision, nothing will stop you!

It’s okay if you haven’t fleshed it out yet, but you should definitely stop and take some time, even if it’s just 10 minutes, to reflect on what the big picture is. What are you working toward?

Once you have that picture, remind yourself of it every day, and every day--every task--will take on a new importance and excitement!
